Technically Spiritual is led by Prerna Manchanda, a nationally-recognized Fortune-500 educator and speaker on how to live joyfully in a digital age.

With a decade of experience in the intersections of mental health, mindfulness, spirituality, and technology, she helps people and organizations increase happiness, decrease burnout, and embrace mindfulness practices as the key to a fulfilling and purposeful life.

Prerna Manchanda is a Master’s graduate of Columbia University’s Spirituality Mind Body Institute. She has completed 1000+ training hours in various styles of meditation, somatic healing, and restorative practices.
